I visited with Norma Medina in a few phones calls and then a zoom meeting call. Norma is a true professional and is truly interested in helping people find the best option for their personal care/needs. She is an expert on the subject matter and does an excellent job of conveying the information to the "client." Her personality is inviting and friendly and you feel you can trust her and the information she is providing immediately. If I have any needs for these kinds of services in the future, Norma will be my first contact!

Norma was wonderful to work with in obtaining a Long Term Care policy for me. I am 73 and was thinking there wouldn't be a program for me because of my age. I also thought if there were, it would be too expensive for me. Norma was able to find some choices for me. I was able to get one I liked with Mutual of Omaha, a well known company. One of the really nice things that happened with dealing with Norma was that she was able to help me arrange a virtual interview!!! This was much appreciated because I was concerned about a Home Visit because of Covid 19 . I hadn't been able to get the vaccine and was also not comfortable with a stranger coming, not knowing what exposure they might bring. Norma was very informative about the policy choices and also what I should expect when interviewed. Norma is a very pleasant person, supportive, and is available any time if you need to ask questions. So happy I lucked out and got her as my agent. Norma thank you for getting it done!!!
